ManifestoAuto provides an individual Professional Automotive Course and may provide Academy, Sales CRM, Agent OS, Companion, white-label, implementation, and related support under an agreed scope. Organizational capabilities, integrations, support levels, and commercial terms are not included merely because a capability is described on the public website.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not use the services to violate law, privacy, consent, intellectual-property, platform, or dealership policies; probe another tenant; introduce malicious code; evade limits; or use AI to make unauthorized customer commitments.
Human responsibility
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for verifying vehicle facts, customer identity, consent, pricing, finance language, trade information, marketing claims, and any communication or listing before it is sent or published. ManifestoAuto is not legal, financial, credit, or regulatory advice.
Course purchase and access
Course pricing and included access are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, or resale of course materials is prohibited. Any refund terms shown at checkout or in a written purchase policy apply to the transaction.
Organizational deployments
Academy, Sales CRM, Agent OS, custom integrations, white-label configuration, local models, and service levels require a signed scope. The agreement should identify responsibilities for data, users, model providers, API keys, domains, integrations, approvals, retention, support, and offboarding.
Availability and changes
Services may change as they are improved. ManifestoAuto does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or business outcomes unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise. Planned or optional capabilities are not commitments to a release date.
