Information we process
Depending on how you use ManifestoAuto, we may process account and contact details, dealership information, course and entitlement records, practice-session information, lead and support messages, product usage, device and security logs, and payment references supplied by our payment provider. We do not need card details to be stored in ManifestoAuto application data.
How information is used
- Provide accounts, course access, Academy, Companion, Sales CRM, Agent OS, and support.
- Process purchases and verify entitlements.
- Respond to discovery requests and operate approved integrations.
- Protect systems, investigate abuse, measure reliability, and maintain audit records.
- Improve products using appropriately limited operational data.
AI and customer information
AI access depends on the configured solution and tenant policy. Customer-facing messages, prices, deal terms, and listings require authorized human review. Dealership deployments must define which data may be sent to each model provider. Sensitive credentials such as model API keys must be handled through approved secret-storage controls rather than ordinary content fields.
Service providers
ManifestoAuto may use service providers for hosting, database services, authentication, payments, learning delivery, analytics, communications, model access, storage, and workflow automation. The providers used can vary by deployment. A dealership agreement may further define processors, locations, retention, and security requirements.
Retention and rights
Information is retained for the period needed to deliver the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect systems, and maintain appropriate records. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights can be sent to hello@manifestoagency.co. Identity and authority may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@manifestoagency.co. Contracted dealership deployments may also have a tenant-specific privacy contact and data-processing agreement.
